Riggs Custom Builders was great to work with. All their crew were timely and on schedule from the initial start date to finish. And with a kitchen/dining room remodel that is quite impressive. Communication was on point. Our PM, Hunter was the best, talking us through every step and making sure it was all on target. We are proud to show off our remodeled home and let everyone know Riggs is the best.

The Riggs team completed a major renovation project for us, including knocking down 2 walls and creating a larger kitchen and living space. They were on time and in budget. The crew was neat, courteous, and hard-working. We will absolutely use Riggs again for our master bedroom and bathroom remodel!

We would recommend Riggs Custom Builders 100%. They stayed on schedule, amidst the crazy delays that we are seeing across the board due to COVID. They were extremely communicative, hearing from our project manager every single day throughout the entire project. When issues arose (which happens with every reno project), they handled it with kindness, proactivity and integrity. It was a stress-free process with our project manager and his Riggs team forseeing issues before they arose; and handling unforeseen issues as they came up very quickly. All of their subs were very professional and did a great job. The Riggs team was very particular on how the work was done, and often flagged small issues that we never would have caught. This allowed us to enjoy the process, knowing that they were going through everything with a fine-tooth comb. They kept the site clean, worked almost every day - even on rainy days, they would just wait on the rain to stop to get back to work if it was interfering. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond taking care of things to make sure that we were happy with the end result. They were so patient with us through the process. They are very very impressive and we are so thankful that we used them!

We were extremely pleased with the work that Riggs completed on our house. Brian and was great to work with, timely in his responses and all the workers were very professional. We will definitely use them in the future!

Working with Riggs was a great experience. Their bid was not the most expensive or the least expensive, but they were the most responsive in the bidding process and that was worth a lot to me, so we went with them. They continued to be very responsive to every question, change order, sub-contractor issue, etc. We were very pleased with our project manager, who was friendly, took time with each sub and step of the process to make sure we felt comfortable and were satisfied with the work. The subs themselves were excellent craftsmen and very good at their specialty. 100% would use Riggs on our next project.
